This bright, spacious, and updated condo is the perfect place to stay during your summer vacation! As a premiere top-floor unit with a view of the Rachel Carson Reserve Marsh, this unit features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully outfitted kitchen with granite counter tops, air conditioning throughout, and an electric fireplace to warm up with on cooler nights. There is a TV with basic cable in the living room and both bedrooms, and facility-wide wireless internet. This unit sleeps 6 with one king-size bed, one queen-size bed and a pull out couch. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. A private deck is available to enjoy overlooking the beautiful wetlands.

There is plenty to do on site at the Village by the Sea. Take a dip in the outdoor pool on warm sunny days, or if inclement weather occurs during your stay, enjoy the indoor pool, hot tub, and game room! There is also a fitness room onsite.

Take a short drive to Wells Beach and Drakes Island Beach or venture south to the next town over to Ogunquit Beach. Located right off Route 1, this rental is close to many restaurants, shops, mini golf, and hiking trails.

Our family of four (three adults, one 11-year old) really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was bright, welcoming and exceptionally clean with comfortable beds and bedding (very important to our crew!). Check-in was simple and parking for two cars was easy to find each day. It was nice to have the pools and fitness center on site at the complex, and the private deck right off the living room was great for morning coffee or meals at home. So helpful to have the in-unit washer and dryer, too. The host, Kim, was super responsive when we had an issue with the air conditioning unit - she was very communicative and resolved the issue the same day, for which we were very grateful! For anyone looking to stay in the Wells area and go to the beaches or other attractions near there, I highly recommend this condo and would not hesitate to stay there again. During high season in the summer, the traffic and parking around Ogunquit was challenging, but that was not a surprise to anyone who knows the area. Fun tip: We enjoyed several meals during the week at Congdon's After Dark (variety of food trucks), which is very close to this condo. Their donuts are also a must whenever we are in the Wells/OGT area. 🍩

Conveniently located property situated right on Route 1. 5 minute decide to the beach. Many loc restaurants nearby. Ogunquit is 10 minutes south and Kennebunkport is 10 minutes north (with no traffic). Kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the few arcade games near the indoor gym. Over a great place to stay with family or friends in southern Maine!

Enjoyed this property very much. Great communication with the host from the time we booked until we checked out. We will be booking future properties with Maine Street Property.
