Beautiful home, and one of the most centrally located in all of Ogunquit. Slept 8 adults and a baby with space and hot water to spare. 10 minute walk to the beach, 20 minute walk to the cove. Equipped with laundry, a stocked kitchen, beach chairs, and a sweet front yard for hanging out. Maine Street Property Management could not have been more accommodating. If you have the numbers and need a great spot to rest in “the beautiful place by the sea” you need look no further.
I have traveled to many parts of USA and abroad. Lived in many apartments, house that I have always rented or leased, and by far leasing from Skye and Joe are the best owners I have rented/leased from. Absolutely no issues with owners. Whenever the house I lease needs attention, Joe and Sky are there immediately to correct issues (very few). Not only are Joe and Skye my "landlords", I consider them as friends!
Maine Street Property Management helped my wife and I navigate our way into owning rental property in a very nice way. We had just bought a home that we intended to rent and Maine Street reached out to us with an offer to manage this property. At that time my wife and I were nervous about what lay ahead for us but once we started to work with Maine Street the clouds parted! Maine Street has been wonderful! A lot of time and effort went into interviewing people in an effort to match the right people with the house.
