Skye is the CEO of Maine Street Property Management, Southern Maine’s Premiere Full Service Management Company. Skye began the company after leaving the corporate world as an experiened consultant and project manager. She has expertly taken the company to where it is today, managing a large portfolio of single family homes and condominium units; and growing.

Kim Dunton
VACATION RENTAL OPERATIONS MANAGER
Kim is our meticulous hospitality expert behind the scenes of your dream vacation. From the moment guests set foot in one of our vacation rentals, Kim ensures every aspect of their stay exceeds expectations. Whether it’s overseeing the preparation of each rental home, managing our linens inventory, or managing a bustling team of cleaners, Kim ensures everything runs smoothly. She and her team prepare personalized guest gift baskets and handwritten notes and carefully curate the guest experience at each home.
Kim’s work extends far beyond mere aesthetics. She’s the guardian of safety and functionality at our vacation properties, constantly evaluating and recommending enhancements to ensure every guest’s peace of mind. From coordinating repairs to maintaining impeccable landscaping, Kim is dedicated to making each of our vacation properties is well kept, operating as it should, and is a wonderful place to vacation.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her sweet pup, going to EDM concerts, yoga, and wine!
Braedon Dunfey
MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Braedon manages our maintenance department including all of our maintenance tasks, coordination of our outside vendors, as well as our internal maintenance offerings and staff. He also expertly performs our Home Check Service. Braedon is a seasoned professional and has a vast knowledge in the maintenance world, with excellent workmanship.
Braedon is a Civil Engineer who comes to us with vast work experience as a Chief Engineer, managing the grounds and several employees at a 4 diamond resort in the Teton Mountains of Wyoming.
Outside of work, Braedon enjoys competitive sailing, camping, and hiking!
Erik Dowling
LONG-TERM RENTAL PROPERTY MANAGER
Erik is our Long-Term Rental Property Manager and handles our portfolio with the ultimate professionalism, discretion, and care.
Erik is a real estate industry veteran and comes to our team with over 20 years of real estate ownership and management experience. We are thrilled to have him on our team!
Outside of work, Erik enjoys tennis, fishing, snowboarding, and spending time with friends & family.
Kellen Ryan
SALES & MARKETING MANAGER – VACATION RENTALS
Kellen is the face of our luxury vacation rental brand. He
has a keen eye for opportunity and a passion for excellent customer service.
Kellen wears many hats in his role, blending salesmanship
with marketing excellence to bring our brand to new heights. He meets with new
property owners to introduce them to our company and is dedicated to maximizing
each property’s bookings. Kellen utilizes social media and community
involvement to showcase our properties and foster meaningful connections. His
role extends beyond promotion, serving as the main point of contact for guests
to ensure an amazing experience from reservation to departure. He also manages booking calendars, agreements,
and customer messaging.
His collaboration with Kim ensures a seamless guest
experience, while his attention to detail maximizes revenue and occupancy rates
for our property owners.
Outside of work, Kellen enjoys surfing our beautiful
Southern Maine beaches, the outdoors, and spending time with his family.
Emily Maki
Property Manager- Beach dreams
Emily is a positive, energetic force in our office. Always helpful, and friendly- talking to her will be the highlight of your day! In addition to being the ultimate people person, Emily has a BA from Boston College and a strong background in customer service and as an educator. For Maine Street, Emily supports our operations in many diverse ways. We are proud to have her as a key team member.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys being active outdoors and is an expert quilt-maker and seamstress!
Chris Grady
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Chris is our dedicated Maintenance Technician at Beach Dreams Condominiums. During the sunny summer months, he’s hard at work, ensuring the condos and pools are in top-notch condition. But when the off-season rolls around, Chris shifts gears to tackle internal capital projects and maintenance requests for both long-term and vacation rentals.
Although Chris is relatively new to the property management scene, he’s no stranger to hard work, drawing from his 3-year background in landscaping. His commitment to excellence shine through as he consistently meets and surpasses out clients’ expectations.
Outside of work, Chris is a passionate golfer and avid foodie. He cherishes quality time outdoors with his beloved family, friends, and cherished canine companions.
Bill & Mona OUellette
MSPM’s Biggest Supporters
Mona and Bill (Joe’s parents) are the original dream team and MSPM cheering squad, forever our biggest supporters. They started at Maine Street performing our Home Check Services and preparing all of our vacation rental laundry for our cleaners.
Mona tragically left us in June 2022, leaving a huge hole in our hearts. She was so proud of the business and was always bringing in snacks and goodies for our staff. To date, she has been the only person who has ever truly loved processing our rental laundry.
Bill can often be seen accompanying Joe in his daily work and is the loving force that brightens our day when he stops by the office.
