This open concept condo is the perfect place to stay during your summer vacation! As a premiere top-floor unit with a view of the Rachel Carson Reserve Marsh, this unit features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully outfitted kitchen with granite counter tops, air conditioning throughout, and an electric fireplace to warm up with on cooler nights. There is a TV with basic cable in the living room and both bedrooms, and facility-wide wireless internet. This unit sleeps 6 with one king-size bed, one queen-size bed and a pull out couch. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. A private deck is available to enjoy overlooking the beautiful wetlands.

There is plenty to do on site at the Village by the Sea. Take a dip in the outdoor pool on warm sunny days, or if inclement weather occurs during your stay, enjoy the indoor pool, hot tub, and game room! There is also a fitness room onsite.

Take a short drive to Wells Beach and Drakes Island Beach or venture south to the next town over to Ogunquit Beach. Located right off Route 1, this rental is close to many restaurants, shops, mini golf, and hiking trails.

This was the first vacation that we rented a home rather than staying in a hotel and I couldn't have been happier! The unit was just as depicted in the photos and very clean. Check in was a breeze as we had registered online before leaving home. The condo was located in the back of the property and was very quiet. I never heard any noise from the other units in the building. The location in Wells was great, close to Cogdon's Donuts and a short drive to Drake's Island beach. Kim from Maine Property Management checked in on us to make sure there were no issues checking in and several times during the week. She was very quick to respond when I text asking a question. We enjoyed both pools on the property. I would recommend this property to anyone and hope to be back soon!

The condo was clean, spacious and a great location to beach and shops. Kitchen was well stocked. Management was quick to answer questions. Loved having the option of an indoor and outdoor pool! Cute beach decorations throughout unit. Air conditioning worked well. Comfy, soft beds. Wonderful to have washer and dryer in the unit. Fun to have a porch for outdoor dining. Internet worked well. Recently renovated unit. Great place that we would definitely book again.

We booked this condo on a whim because we wanted a summer getaway. We loved that there was plenty space for our family of 5- my teenage daughter got her own room, my husband and I took the master suite and our boys bunked in the living room on the pull out. This place has options for both indoor and outdoor pools and it was close to everything Wells Beach has to offer. The place was very clean, kitchen well-stocked and the property managers were very kind, checking in here and there via text to see if we needed anything. It was a wonderfully relaxing week!
