Seasonal Vacation Rental Cleaner
Location: Wells, ME (servicing Wells, Kennebunk, Ogunquit, York, and surrounding areas)
Pay: $22-$25/hour (based on experience, with opportunities for raises and leadership roles)
Maine Street Property Management is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented cleaners for the 2025 summer season! If you take pride in high-quality cleaning and enjoy working independently, this is a great opportunity for you.
Position Details:
- Primary workday: Saturdays (commitment required)
- Additional shifts available: Optional weekday shifts posted for pickup
- Supplies & Training: Provided by us
Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize luxury vacation properties
- Dust, sweep, vacuum, and mop all general areas
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and tubs
- Strip and change bed linens
- Wash and put away dishes (if needed)
- Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance issues
- Notify management of any damages or needed repairs
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail – we uphold luxury standards
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Integrity, reliability, and a strong work ethic
- Productivity & independence – ability to work with minimal supervision
- Time management skills – ability to multitask and maintain a schedule
- Reliable transportation to our office and cleaning locations
