We’re looking for a Flexible Open-Shift Cleaner to join our team!
We are looking for individuals who are interested in flexible cleaning opportunities. We post open cleaning shifts and if it works with your schedule, you can pick up the shift! There are no required shifts, just ones that you choose to pickup!
We often have cleaning needs during turnovers on our yearly and weekly rental properties that occur during the week and weekends. We also have several clients who enjoy regular cleanings. Cleaning would be in both furnished and unfurnished homes.
We provide supplies, and training to the right person.
We are based in Wells, and most of our properties are in Wells/Kennebunk/Ogunquit, however we do service some locations up to 30 minutes away from Wells.
Pay $22-$25/hour depending on experience.
Responsibilities Include:
- Dust, sweep, vacuum, and mop general areas
- Clean bathrooms, sinks, toilets, showers, and tubs and ensure bathrooms are sanitary
- Strip beds and change linens
- Wash and put away dishes (if needed)
- Perform routine inspection and document maintenance issues
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to carry up to 50lbs
- Integrity
- Productivity and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and maintain a schedule
- Transportation to our Office and then to the cleaning location.
We’re looking for a Property Maintenance Technician to join our team!
We are a locally-owned property management company based in Wells, who is looking for someone who can perform quality maintenance tasks and has experience in household systems. A detail-oriented eye, and thoroughness would be required. A friendly demeanor is required as you will need to interact with a tenant or owner.
We are offering $28-32/hour depending on capabilities. This is a year-round, full time, and benefit eligible position. We are looking for someone who is a quick learner and motivated to grow with the company.
This job is generally Monday to Friday 8:00 to 4:30. There may be occasional on-call responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Basic carpentry skills, painting, basic plumbing repairs, replacing electrical fixtures, siding repairs, drywall patching and painting, apartment turnovers are all required skills.
- Record and track daily task and progress on work orders/tasks electronically
- Can operate large vehicles safely, including trailers, and has the ability to snowplow and shovel in the winter
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, painting, emptying first floor gutters, powerwashing
- Perform landscaping tasks
- In property management, the job responsibilities are vast and fluctuate based on need. We are looking for a team member who likes variety and is a creative problem solver.
Qualifications:
- Must own a smart phone with the ability to take photos
- Ability to use text messaging and computers
- Fluent in the English Language
- Valid Drivers license in good standing
- Ability to successfully complete and pass a pool certification course after employment, if requested.
- You do not need your own tools for this position.
- Must be able to drive with trailers, and vehicles like a small dump truck.
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs and work in hot or cold temperatures, and ability to kneel, stand, or move around for long periods.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
