Maine Street Property Management is a residential property management company. We offer full service property management for the residential homeowner looking to rent their property out on a long-term basis.
Our residential property management services are designed to provide you with the peace of mind that your home is being taken care of while you are not occupying it. We truly treat every home like it is our own.
We believe communication is key. We set strong expectations with tenants at move in and move out to make transitions as comfortable as possible. For Full Service Management we charge 10% of monthly rent received for most properties. Services We Provide
- Perform a pre-inspection to make sure the unit is ready to be rented. We will take photographs to both document the condition prior to renting as well as for advertising purposes
- Property will be posted to various online websites for rental advertising (such as Zillow, Realtor.com, craigslist, etc). We charge an application fee to tenants of $50 each adult over the age of 18
- Manage all tenant communication and requests
- Collect tenant payments
- Provide property owner monthly statement along with rent payments
- Require tenants to provide proof of renter's insurance, we can help them obtain this
- Provide an online payment option to tenants that reports to credit bureaus
- Provide 24/7 emergency maintenance support
- Gather maintenance quotes, when needed
- One interior walk-through during tenant's lease to check on premises, includes a recommended maintenance report
