We are a locally owned and operated property management firm based in Wells, Maine, servicing clients up and down coastal York county from Kittery and Eliot to Biddeford and Saco.  We are the area’s leading management provider of long-term both furnished and unfurnished rentals, vacation rentals, condo association management, and home checks for when owners are away. 

We have a strong record of great reviews from our owners and tenants alike.  Our business is run around our core principles: responsiveness, value, integrity, and helpfulness.  Some property management companies may not run their operations like a professional organization.  We do. We have high business standards, are constantly working on integrating better technologies and methodologies. We collect our rent online, offer our owners direct deposit, have both tenant and owner portals to keep documents available to all parties, and a slew of other high tech solutions to make sure we are providing the absolute best service possible.  But we don’t stop when office hours are over, we understand the need to be available.  We are available to work with you when you are available.  If our clients on the west coast and need to speak in the evening, we can accommodate that.

We have incredibly knowledgeable staff who are highly trained to spot maintenance issues with a thorough and detail oriented eye.  We highly value our client’s experience, and ease of their relationship with us.

We are working on spreading the word about we can offer.  As a real estate agent, you often encounter owners who may require management services.  We would like to partner with you.  In return for each client you send us who signs a management agreement, we will pay you a $100 referral fee.  In return we can assure you that your client will receive superior service, and that they will remain YOUR client if they ever mention selling or buying another property.
